"NO SHOW"/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up unexpectedly. However, we ask that all students give at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel/reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so means we do not have enough time to fill the appointment with the instructor.

If you cancel without adequate notice, or if you are a "no show" for your appointment, it is our discretion to charge you a $60 (+ tax) cancellation/no show fee. Your appointment will be rescheduled only when the fee has been paid. 

Please note that you will likely experience delays in your training if your appointment times are not kept.

REFUND POLICIES
Accredited Driver Training Programs 
Full amount to be refunded (minus deposit) if NO training takes place (classroom or in-car).

Once classroom training has begun, refunds (minus deposit) will be based on the number of hours not yet completed for the purchased package. 

Extra Training Package & Road Test Prep Package
Full amount to be refunded (minus the cost of a single lesson - $632.50 divided by 5 = $126.50) if no in-car sessions have taken place.

Once in-car training has begun, refunds will be based on the number of sessions not yet completed.

Single Lessons
Single lessons are non-refundable.

REBOOKING FEE
$25 (+ tax) fee to be charged for rebooking if a customer cancels their appointments more than three times ("frequent cancellers").

Fee will be charged to rebook the fourth cancellation and all subsequent cancellations. Appointment will not be rebooked until the fee is paid.

LATE PAYMENT FEE
$50 (+ tax) fee to be charged if a customer fails to pay their "remaining balance due" by the first day of classroom training (accredited programs) or if a pre-arranged instalment (payment plan) is missed/late.
